Thanks for all of your hard-work in January everyone and before we jump into our promotions for this month, I do have some bitter-sweet news that I wish I didn’t have to bring to the table. This news would be that for the meantime, we are going to have to start cutting back on our promotions, and instead increase our offer weights (which has been done for most offers, still working on this) as recently we have been receiving rate decreases on a lot of our popular offers, which typically means we would have to lower our offer weight even further, of which for the sake of your referrals, honestly isn’t a good idea. I still hope that everyone will be pleasantly happy with our promotions as we have and always will make them as good as possible – and hopefully one day we will be able to ramp them back up if the incentive industry takes a turn back towards the right.
